      Pros

      Being new in Sales, it was good for a kick start in your career. Great manager and beautiful office.

      Cons

      Salaries were pretty low compared to other SaaS companies. Everybody was just busy with their own work.. Not really focussed on development except for a single trainings during the year, focus was really only doing your KPI's and closing that was it..

      Pros

      Remote and unfortunately that is it

      Cons

      Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
