Cons

working fully remote, you can't really connect with your colleague.

We strongly suggest joining one (or more) of our six employee resource groups. Other great ways to feel like a part of our community include participating in GoTo Gives - the vehicle through which we fulfill our mission to create a more sustainable world through financial and direct service - and the Green Team at GoTo, which is an employee-led sustainability group. There are also endless Slack groups, like gogetters, gotodogs, and goto-eats to name a few. We hope this helps!

Pros

Remote and unfortunately that is it

Cons

Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
