      Solid voice product. Good benefits. Decent salary. Self care day

      Cons

      Very liberal culture. Outsourced PM group which has a communication barrier with customer. Creates poor customer experience. Very hard to be competitive from a price perspective.

      Remote and unfortunately that is it

      Cons

      Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
