      Fully remote, great colleagues, up-to-date technologies

      Cons

      Chaotic and unclear management goals, Constant "sorry we can not pay you a higher salary because company is in bad shape, market changing etc-etc" although they always present record profits :) and saying we are the most profitable and flagship company in Remote support solutions...

      Remote and unfortunately that is it

      Cons

      Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
