      Can work from anywhere, great training, and they care about their employees. There's so much you can grow and learn in your career at GoTo

      Cons

      There's a lot you have to do and it can sometimes be overwhelming.

      Pros

      Remote and unfortunately that is it

      Cons

      Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
