      Flexibility Fantastic people to work with

      The PE was focused on a rapid ROI, however this is several years in, and are just looking for someone else to catch to falling knife. The knife is falling because of a bloated product portfolio, where some compete with each other, and the product team is frankly without direction, chasing growth, instead of focusing on innovative products.

      Remote and unfortunately that is it

      Cons

      Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
