Pros

- good pay - good team - fully remote - for meetup they will pay accommodation and travel - latest technologies used

Cons

- Ineffective management - Lack of job security with frequent layoffs - Constant policy changes every quarter, meaning promises made in the offer letter can be altered at any time. Recently, performance bonus rules were revised, leaving employees frustrated. - Job roles haven't been backfilled for years, leading to increased workloads when someone leaves. - DevOps tasks are being assigned to developers and QA engineers. - The tech support staff has been reduced, forcing developers and QA teams to take on those responsibilities. - It's impossible to decline these tasks, as concerns are ignored, leading to significant frustration.

Pros

Remote and unfortunately that is it

Cons

Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
