      - The engineering team is great, from ICs to managers and directors people have very good skills, empathy and a positive attitude. - Company paid events - Good career progression and recognition

      Cons

      - Product does not know where it's heading to - The benefits are being cut, used to be good - Upper management feels out of sync with the rest of the company, speeches feel off and meaningless
