      Pros

      Innovation and focus on cutting edge products continues to make LMI a highly successful company. Culture is a priority and it shows with investment in top notch office space! Management sets employees up to succeed. Without a doubt one of the best companies to work for in Boston.... and so much upside with CEO Bill Wagner's aggressive focus on growth.

      Cons

      With quick success comes some growing pains. Process management and internal communication are areas that need to improve.
