      Office was awesome, location in seaport prime

      Cons

      The role itself not ideal. A chat-only BDR role, responding to inbound chats to qualify as leads. Not the most valuable sales experience to start your career

      Remote and unfortunately that is it

      Cons

      Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
