      Pros

      Awesome people, highly collaborative teams, and best of all: no pointing fingers. Every now and then when things go haywire, people try to solve the issue rather than playing whodunnit.

      Cons

      Strong product vision is missing at some junctures. Engineering is as good as the product ideation.
