Easy and simple guidelines to follow, compared to other companies which are very strict with their transcription style I checked the reviews here and saw a lot of complaints about editors, but I still gave it a try. Never had a problem. I only got one 4 rating and the rest are all 5.
Cons
I discovered that audio quality, when played using their transcription tool, is worse/different from actual audio file For transcribers, after transcribing the file using the transcription tool, I recommend that you download the audio file and play it on your audio player so you can check for errors
