      Many rude and disrespectful editors and also customer support staff members. Poor quality audio.

      Pros

      Availability of freelance transcriptions. Payments are weekly and on time. Easy access and use of the platform.

      Cons

      There isn't always material to transcribe, and the pay isn't improving, so it doesn't become very profitable.
