Awful environment - Registered Behavior Technician GoalPoint Behavior Group Employee Review

Working for GoalPoint has given me many opportunities to grow my clinical skill set. I have been so impressed with the growth of the company and the time management takes to address needs of staff and clients. Although staffing can be short at times , your providing services in center only during normal business hours which allows for a balance. There are also remote opportunities which is nice.

Turnover at the rbt level is high but no different than what I have seen at other ABA centers. Changes happen often which can be confusing.

Working with children who have autism takes a special heart and the work you do with the kids is amazing and uplifting.

Not all of the staff were very supportive and management did not have much sympathy towards extenuating personal circumstances.
