Don’t respect people . Most of there work is normal some even ugly. The lead ship just will say you need follow us because I worked longer than you. Even them don’t follow the rules. ( like delete your working files directly instead of putting them in archive folder) Some leader even having time to mock up some document for 1 hour instead of revising them for 30 mins. No efficiency in his team. Thus, his team always needs to have too many overtime working. Liking he said he don’t want to anyone leaving earlier than him before 9 pm everyday.
