Crash and burn - Anonymous employee Good Source Employee Review

It's sad that management has no idea what they are doing. They do not motivate or support staff, they walk up and down aisles instead of coming up with new creative ideas. There is no direction and morale is extremely low. Some employees are good to work with however I doubt even the ones making money want to be there, it's a paycheck and a low one at that. Not to mention no room for growth.
