Pros
-coworkers are friendly -supervisors attempt to work with you -will hire entry level adjusters
Cons
-management has ridiculous standards for the amount of claims received -expected to work over triple the average number of claims for a PD adjuster for a fraction of the salary vs other companies. -at this point, everyone is just plain depressed at the company. In 2017, employees have seen salary freezes, loss of some benefits, lay offs, demotions, etc. -little to no training or growth opportunities.
