Company is still growing so there has been growing pains along the way but overall it has turned out well.

    Long hours & Short staffed

    Pros

There is lots of autonomy at this job and many lateral moves you can make

    Cons

Pay is low, no advancement opportunities, turnover is extremely high, and the high call-to-adjustor ratio means you will be working 50+ hours a week as a normal schedule. The company will make it seem like its your fault for not keeping up with this absurd situation they put you in.

    Pros

Good money, pretty straight forward work load. You feel a sense of job stability. Good company to work for. Can grow with the company.

    Cons

The starting shift that’s required to work it is pretty late. So if you have family or kids it’s kind of hard to balance the two.

If you can’t find any other job

Aug 26, 2021 - Senior Bodily Injury Adjuster in Phila, PA

    Pros

Laid back atmosphere, no goals or metrics, don’t really have to do much, currently work from home.

    Cons

There are no performance reviews, no goals, no good leadership, no good benefits such as 401k, no growth opportunities, I only had 1 performance review within the years that I have worked there. when the pandemic hit they cut everyone’s salary by 10% it’s been over a year and still no mention of bringing back our salaries but they are busy promoting the hire ups and hiring because all the old staff are leaving. They received the PPP loan and plenty of other staff members have left the company and still they continue to over work the few staff remaining. A few months ago they gave out, I’m assuming it was hush hush money for people not to ask about their salaries in the meeting anymore. Managers are constantly saying they were hit with the pay cut but they are surprisingly still around, liars!! Majority of them have been working with the company for decades so a pay cut wouldn’t affect them the least bit. The nonstandard is literally that, they pay for everything bcus they fair lawsuits. They had a huge security breach when the pandemic hit which they claim they lost money from but again they also got the PPP loan and it was a lot. They are busy promoting staff who do not need promotion, when the entire system is terrible and need updating or a completely new program. There is no training for some adjusters who need it since they lack thorough in investigation of coverage/liability..Save yourself the time and effort and apply somewhere else, this company is not worth it and again there is no 401k match. You will be over worked and under paid.

    Pros

They pay for your license, weekly pay

    Cons

They hire you, barely let you get trained and then lay you off after 2 months because “they over hired...” staff is unfriendly, and no one seems to want to help the newbies out.
