Pros

Free snacks to stress eat when your workload exponentially exceeds what you're actually being paid to do

Cons

Downtown parking, having it shoved in your face just how much the company is making with the knowledge your benefits have just been cut, a ridiculous business plan that results in hard silos and zero transparency between departments outside of KPIs dutifully massaged by department heads to make it seem like everything is working well, short sighted decisions made based on... well, who knows really - that severely hamper day to day operations and result in extra out of scope work being slapped on to whomever they believe can handle it moving forward, a perpetual carrot on a stick approach to coaxing employees to take on responsibilities far outside of their pay grade and position, sharing of personal medical information to other employees, dishonesty about their products and their availability.

While we cannot comment on specific personnel changes, we take the concerns you raised seriously, especially those related to leadership and communication. Over the past year, we have made significant efforts to improve internal communication, and foster a culture of transparency and trust. We understand that in the past, there was a disconnect between leadership and some of the other teams in the company, and we’re actively working to bridge that gap. Regarding compensation and bonuses, we introduced a company-wide bonus program to provide additional compensation for everyone. However, we recognize that our communication around this could have been clearer, and the lack of complete information eroded some trust. We sincerely apologize for this. We have made progress in how we communicate important decisions, and continue to work on improving this further. We deeply regret that your experience with us did not reflect the values we strive for, and we’re sincerely sorry for any distress or frustration it caused.
