Downtown parking, having it shoved in your face just how much the company is making with the knowledge your benefits have just been cut, a ridiculous business plan that results in hard silos and zero transparency between departments outside of KPIs dutifully massaged by department heads to make it seem like everything is working well, short sighted decisions made based on... well, who knows really - that severely hamper day to day operations and result in extra out of scope work being slapped on to whomever they believe can handle it moving forward, a perpetual carrot on a stick approach to coaxing employees to take on responsibilities far outside of their pay grade and position, sharing of personal medical information to other employees, dishonesty about their products and their availability.
