Cons
1. My main pet peeve - upper and mid management constantly set the operators for failure.
2. Brought a consultant due to a 483, and he has done nothing of what I would expect a consultant to do. He throws a lot of jargon with no substance, and he complains about other colleagues without really understanding the problem(s). He is no longer consultant, he's been hired for a role that he has no business to be in. Everyone acknowledges that he has no business in GMP, but the CEO embraces him like he's some sort of savior.
4. Upper management allows mid-management to be incompetent.
