      Company is ruined on purposes!

      Pros

      There were qualified people who were doing their best to keep the company running and to satisfy the customers' needs. Company had good working environment and was settled according to GMP regulations.

      Cons

      Under new management just in a year and a half the company was completely ruined, qualified people were pushed to leave and replaced by kids without any experience, all projects failed and the customers left the company one by one. It could happen only if somebody was interested to close the company forever. Am very sorry for my former co-workers...

      Pros

      Lots to learn on the job. Great for persons entering the industry with very little experience. Because they are so cheap, they are willing to take chances with rookies for cheap labor.

      Cons

      Company is mismanaged. Company always seems to be in "emergency" mode threatening lay offs. Company does nothing to improve employee moral.

      Pros

      Full of diversity, monthly birthday celebrations, average benefits, near a residential area which means less traffic. I don't have 20 or more words to describe the pros of this company.

      Cons

      Managers are egotistical and don't listen. Managers harass employees that have a mind of their own. Managers are foreigners who have not adopted American corporate mannerism. Their managers are constantly on a power trip...jeopardizing the integrity of the employees and the company's culture.
