Pros
Decent pay, decent hours. I work in a 7 day a week shop so hours are available if I want them. Can usually get what I need for the shop provided I can justify it.
Cons
Some of the employees can be a bit headstrong or stuck in their ways which is average for the industry. Sometimes it’s hard to get effective change in a timely manner.
