As a recruiter at GovPredict, I’m proud to say that our selection process is thought not only to bring the best professionals to our team but also to respect each and every person who’s interested in working with us. Candidates’ tests are corrected by our best developers as soon as possible and we make sure we give relevant feedback on the code-review activity we have at the office; when candidates have the chance to discuss their solution and be advised on better coding practices. This moment is really appreciated by all of those who participate in it, even when they end up not joining the company since they say they learn a lot from it. This is a new and enjoyable experience for me, with valuable input from management.

- Although we accept Software Engineers from all levels, we have high coding standards and even those applying for a Junior position need to have a strong knowledge of programming bases. - As a growing startup, we’re building a lot of processes from 0, which may be overwhelming for those not used to thinking on their feet, but very exciting for those who appreciate the chance to participate actively and propose new solutions.
