- Very competitive pay - Very welcoming and friendly colleagues - Everything is well-documated, administrative instructions are clear - HR replies really fast - Most employees/managers are open-minded and professional - Very good worklife balance (at least 3 days WFH) - Employee/intern benefits are very good (above industry standards) - Managers will have 1-1 heart-to-heart talks with you about career advice, any stress you have and makes sure you are well taken care of
Cons
- Laptop is slow due to many security features in place - Office wifi is troublesome to connect to, disconnects from time to time - Pantry drinks are sometimes not refilled on time - Walk from MRT to office is quite far - Not much food choices around office
