Toxic environment with late salary payments - Senior Loan Advisor GradRight Employee Review

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are unable to understand about the delay wrt salaries. To the best of our understanding here are the facts: 1. We have paid salaries on time at the end of every month of the last six years barring one when there was a technical and operational challenge with our bank and finance team. 2. We changed the salary date to the 7th of every month a few months ago with due notice to the team and we have paid on time on this new schedule. In case the change of salary date has caused any inconvenience, we are sorry about that. We wish it did not but your feedback will motivate us to do better for others. Your comment about Aman is noted and we understand that it may have come from your interpretation of Aman’s ways and methods which are sometimes out of the norm.
