The worst place i have ever worked at.
The management is self involved and pretentious, favouritism is all over and there is no work culture.
Toxic environment, with no push to grow into your better self - with extreme micromanagement, condescending comments and constantly pushing their employees down.
Hated everyday of working here, with a daily reminder of what an incompetent employee I (and so many others) are, while these upper management folks have themselves never worked anywhere else and don’t even know how corporate works and how to handle reportees, and bet you they are now so set in these ways that they can’t bag a job outside even if they try.
They just lure in people with high packages, only for them to feel sorry about joining here and move out.
All employees are now resigning from there like dominoes.
Aman definitely has a dual personality, with no respect for anyone and treats people like peasants - abuses and personal comments if he feels like to anyone and everyone and this attitude flows down to the co founder as well, who though don’t abuse but get extremely personal, and are even inhuman to serious concerns you even would dare to share.
Spare yourself the attraction of a higher salary only to destroy your mental peace.
