9yI would like to clarify that this reviewer was not a developer, nor did he have the experience or education to become one at the time of his review. But, because he worked closely with the development department, and development was an area he was interested in pursuing, he was given opportunities to take on tasks in that arena. Unfortunately, this prospect was seen inversely by the employee, and he is not longer with us.
We strive to pay competitive wages, apply our employees' abilities the best we can, and to give them the freedom required to do so. We realize this situation does not work well for everyone, but for those who share our mission and core values, we have an awesome organization full of amazing opportunities!
