In-person interview: Brief 5 minute demonstration of the company product to Sales Team lead. 6. 3 person conversational interview where you answer questions about work history, strengths, areas of improvement, and goals for your career future. 7. It was normal. Submitted resume then had a 30 minute phone conversation. About a week later I was asked to come in for a in person interview. The interview was with the HR sales director and a sales person. It was pleasant and organized.
