Awesome culture to work with, everyone is very willing to teach and answer questions. Great leadership.

Cons

Randomly assigned a company to work with rather than choosing one you would like to work for.

Pros

The culture here is really great. It's a family oriented company and everyone around you wants you to succeed. Everyone is always willing to help you learn and grow and there is a lot of opportunity for career advancement. The executives are very down to earth and make it a point to know their employees. I have loved working here!

Cons

Honestly, there is nothing that comes to mind. It's a great company to work for.

Pros

A few decent people. Leftover asparagus.

Cons

Business schools should study this place and use it as an example of how not to run a business. Incompetent managers who've been Peter Principled into places too high for them to handle, leaders who couldn't lead a parade of ants, egos ever swelling in a desperate attempt to hide a total lack of talent and skill. The micromanagement is mind numbing, the surveillance is exhausting and the nepotism is sickening. Executives flaunt wealth while employees struggle to pay bills. The executive inner circle is very cult like and they give off creepy vibes. Every time there's a meeting, people worry that some new ridiculous policy will upend their daily lives. In short, its a great place to work if you enjoy swallowing vomit all day. And the bottom line is this: they don't care. It won't get better. The only way to avoid the misery is to leave, or not take a job here in the first place. Choose wisely.
