Granite Ridge Builders is an amazing company to work for. As an active member of the Army reserves they’re very accommodating with my schedule. Granite Ridge is a company that values their employees and invests in their future. Building custom homes can be stressful at times but your work load is much more manageable when you’re surrounded with a great team of people. It’s a joy to wake up on a Monday genuinely excited to come to work. How many people can say that?

Can things get stressful at times? Absolutely! But that comes with management and with every job pretty much. I’d say the only downside of working for an amazing custom home builder is trying to decide which house you like the best! There’s a lot of amazing homes to choose from. Makes it hard to pick.

You can learn a lot from the job.

Family is never wrong. Expect you to sell an overpriced product. You have to spend every day voting and getting your friends/family to vote to make them Favorite Builder.
