Free lunches on certain days You will learn a lot about the construction field 90 percent of the staff is nice Amazing architects IT staff is incredible but overworked Billing staff and accounting are top notch Some of the leadership is very helpful
Cons
Poor management Family oriented business means you will never get ahead They give sales leads to family members who aren't sales people Doesn't matter the position, they will tell you how valuable you are then one day you are released in many different departments Everyone past and present says it is like a high school in the company where there is so much gossip daily. They hate paying realtors and avoid it. You have to vote daily to make them builder of the year. Scammers.
