Thank you for your comments. Graphcore has been on a journey, and if you have been with us for 8-10 years then so have you, and we appreciate your commitment. The company, our technology and the wider AI industry has changed massively since we were founded. Last year we joined the SoftBank Group, giving Graphcore a place at the top table of AI companies globally. Change is hard, but we’re confident that our teams are now settling into the new world and focusing on the challenge of delivering the next generation of AI compute. Transparency is important to us and at every stage, we’ve spoken openly within the company about the challenges and opportunities ahead – we hope that recent moves around grade levels and compensation go some way to answer your concerns. On the matter of discrimination, it’s hard to respond without knowing specifics, and of course, it’s something we’d be happy to discuss in confidence (you can reach out to askpeopleteam@). What we can say is that Graphcore has always sought to be a fair, open and honest placer to work. In a time when there are moves by some organisations to step back from Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, we remain proudly committed to upholding those values.
