I have a felling that they are trying to keep a younger work force and have stream lined to the point of safty this foundry does not even have first responders on sight for safty and have a zero tollarence for accedents so employed workers dont report for fear of loosing there job. they also turn a blind to employed worker input there is a lot of say one thing and do another going on there
