The amount of people that do next to nothing in their roles is astounding. Teams are kept understaffed and expectations remain unrealistic. We are overworked, burnt out, and struggling. Leadership is reactive rather than proactive on just about everything. There aren't many people left that actually care about the work. I would never recommend any of our products to anyone I care about, and that includes the use of Apple Cash. Too many meetings that don't achieve a single solution. Green Dot is toxic corporate culture at its finest.
