Very strict rules. By far the worst work environment I've ever worked in. You feel like you're working with robots, everyone is "nice" because of the incentive program. If you aren't friendly or have a bad day you are no longer considered a so called "low maintenance" which automatically disqualifies you for the quarterly bonus. Only one lunch room on one side of the place, so your 15 minute coffee break which you should be happy if you get one turns into max 10 minutes. And dont you dare to have a phone call during your break while not at the designated phone area in the lunch room Scheduled from 8-5 but if you arent done with picking your order then you will stay till done which could be upwards of 15 minutes with no pay.
