My experience with management was challenging. The management style felt highly micromanaged, with limited autonomy and little flexibility in how work was approached. Expectations and standards often appeared inconsistent, which created a perception of unfairness among team members. Communication was another concern. Discussions about employees sometimes took place behind their backs, which affected trust and team morale. I also found it difficult to build a genuine working relationship with management, as interactions often felt more political than transparent.
