      Pros

      I am a new employee at GroupOne and have had the best training and welcoming experience. What I found most favorable was the importance of making sure you were comfortable with the tasks at hand and their patience with making sure you understand their systems. In addition I was pleased with their compliance and emphasis on keeping client and patient information secure as a major priority. It s a very professional environment under very kind Supervision where customer satisfaction in held to a high standard

      Pros

      Fast-paced, with a lot of intelligent performers. Nothing sucks more than having to pick up the slack for the person next to you, and those people are weeded out pretty quickly. I can just focus on MY job and hitting my ironsights. Goals are clear and set in advance. Diverse workforce where what matters is what you do.

      Cons

      Vacation and WFM policies are dated and need to be more flexible.
