Fast-paced, with a lot of intelligent performers. Nothing sucks more than having to pick up the slack for the person next to you, and those people are weeded out pretty quickly. I can just focus on MY job and hitting my ironsights. Goals are clear and set in advance. Diverse workforce where what matters is what you do.
