Pros

New executive team is enthusiastic about future opportunities as the company creates additional offerings.

Cons

SDRs are full-time company employees on paper. In practice, time and pay is tracked to the minute and more consistent with a project-based model. Highly departmentalized. Cross-functional communication is discouraged. Inside sales professionals are hired for their experience then given detailed scripts and told not to deviate.

We are sorry you found the work "suffocating." Sales Development work can be challenging but also rewarding for those that enjoy the interaction with prospects and the challenge of mastering effective sales methodologies. It is the IRS that dictates this role to be hourly and thus time reporting is also an IRS requirement. However, we do offer paid vacation and paid holidays. For the reader, we do not find "reading scripts" to be an effective sales methodology and thus we do not promote that approach. We practice a number of sales methodologies that we do find to be effective and work very hard to develop mastery of those skills in all of our reps. We are happy to discuss all of this in more detail with prospective employees.

Pros

100% remote, great company to work for, variety of programs “something for everyone,” and flexibility.

Cons

There’s room for growth in the sense of learning, but promotional opportunities are hard to come by.

Pros

Friendly management. Equipment provided. Variety of programs.

Cons

No upward mobility. Unstable leadership. No ability to give input into process (stubborn and unyielding). Outdated tools. Small company, but employees still get overlooked. Very much a "what have you done for me lately" culture. If somebody is performing well and then someone else starts performing better, the other person is treated like they no longer matter. As Ricky Bobby would say, you are either first or last. Quota expectations are unrealistic. Most quotas are double the industry average for purely outbound, cold calling lead generation (would be more realistic if there was inbound or marketing leads). This leads to quick demoralization as people fail to meet quotas regularly and increase pay.
