4yWe do measure key sales metrics daily, which some see as micro managing. But anyone that understands sales development knows it is the key to success. We don't believe in scripts, but we do development talk tracks and suggested questions based on number of selling methodologies we practice. We proudly have a very diverse workforce, representing all age ranges (20’s to 70’s) approximately 1/3 are women and 1/3 are minorities. We have implemented one overall of our compensation program in 4 years which resulted in a 19% increase in earnings for our sales team, although it does favor top performers. But it sales after all.
