      Pros

      Solid sales training, newly deployed tech stack and a great place to really develop your capabilities. Comp can be good but it is performance driven.

      Cons

      Remote job... which is a pro and a con. I miss some of the office interaction, but they try to create culture with a good bit of video interaction

      Pros

      100% remote, great company to work for, variety of programs “something for everyone,” and flexibility.

      Cons

      There’s room for growth in the sense of learning, but promotional opportunities are hard to come by.

      Pros

      The hourly pay is an upside with potential commission( if they place you on a decent campaign)

      Cons

      Managers will let you go out of no where, with little to no heads up.
