      Pros

      Great remote culture, customers seem to enjoy the product BUT (see cons)

      Cons

      Super crowded space, aren't accelerating as quickly as competitors, lack of brand awareness in the industry (vs competitors), trying to beat Adobe and Salesforce, several people have been laid off recently, but the company always seems to be hiring..weird. Need to be brave to join b/c you don't know when you'll be cut loose.

      Cons

      - Ambitious business goals but conflicting priorities and lack of focus - Ambivalence about modernizing a legacy tech stack and codebase - A plethora of VP and C-level roles leading to diluted leadership - The company went through a rapid hiring phase followed by a re-org/layoffs in the span of a year
