Being in Saas sales at GrowthPlug, you are presented with a salary and uncapped commission that can be attainable through hard work. Team communication is also great here as you talk directly to management and your opinions matter in improving the company. You are rewarded and appreciated by the hard work you do at the company and you can see the impact you make directly through the companies success. Also, being able to quickly take on new roles and advancements in the sales team allowed me to take my career to a new level that I never would have received from an established company. Our success so far makes it easy for someone to join the company and quickly make an impact and find success here.
Cons
You won't get as much support and professional training as an established company making it important for a person to think critically and be self-motivated. Commision gets paid every 3.5 months which can make it tough somtimes
