Pros
Staff Discount. Once you enjoyed the benefit of buying luxury goods in such cheap price, you dont wanna get luxury goods in full price anymore. Good name to develop you career as everybody knows the brand, nice people to work with.
Cons
Not organised management. Employment is performed by top managements' network. They hire who they know regardless of the experience that suits to the position. Not tend to be motivated as you are not likely to be rewarded even though you perform well or put lots of effort for job to be done. It is good if you just want to lay back and manage easy work life.
