I have been working at Gucci full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Decent pay
    Cool products
    Great benefits

    Cons

Lazy management. There seems to be a disconnect between upper management (district, regional, etc) and the stores. Store level manager is lazy and clueless as far as business is concerned. How is it possible for a manager to not be able to sell an item unassisted?
-staff not comfortable going to upper management for the fear of retaliation.

    Advice to Management

Ask questions and maybe do some one on ones with staff during in store visits. You would be surprised as to how much slack the sales staff picks up due to management not fulfilling their job duties.
