      Pros

      None I can think of.

      Cons

      People I worked with where rude, picked on people and lacked communication skills with their employees. HR is hard to get a hold of. Management didn't understand what was involved in daily tasks and SLA's where unrealistic. Violated security compliance for client. Cared more about closing tickets than actually resolving them

      Pros

      Great company and great management. The people I worked with were amazing. The job had a great deal of flexibility too. I would give them a hire rating but the pay was so low.

      Cons

      The only con was the pay. They pay below the average for this position in the DFW area.
