      It is great working with GuideIT. All of the employees are great to work with.

      Cons

      GuideIT is a small company so there isn't much room for error if they can't continue to get more clients.

      Pros

      Great company and great management. The people I worked with were amazing. The job had a great deal of flexibility too. I would give them a hire rating but the pay was so low.

      Cons

      The only con was the pay. They pay below the average for this position in the DFW area.
