      remote work. minimal micro management. barely any meetings.

      Cons

      Tech could be better. it was all good until Guideone was acquired by The Mutual Group. said everything will be A OK. solicited alot of feedback from Employees, then forced employees to say that it's a certified great place to work. Then layoffs happened. more will probably come. uncertain future

      *Friendly people to work with *Everyday is different *Free lunch on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday *Great pay and benefits

      Cons

      They have outsourced most of their services to The Mutual Group, so if you want to work for GuideOne you have to get a job with The Mutual Group.

      Good pay and benefits, free lunch for in-office employees.

      Constant turnover in c-suite and lots of constant change in internal processes. Feels somewhat unstable
