Pros
The company is focused on you succeeding, tries to set you up for success.
Cons
Lots of meetings via Teams even before you learn how to do your job but just learn to manage your time/schedule, make time to learn your job. Initially, will require your free time but will pay off in the end. You will need to relearn meeting mgmt. skills, taking notes and executing on action items. Much more defined here than your past job! It is so different than a face-to-face meeting. You forget all the rules when it is virtual. As far as time-off and bonuses. You need to maintain a certain percentage, engagement time, I forget what it is called. If you become so important and the work can be done on the road, you can take as much time-off as you want or just make that time up when you can but just make sure you place 40 hrs to the client per week! If you do not care about the bonuses, then more time off is available but make sure the workload is managed and you are not busy to the point that your presence is required onsite.
